Parkway Brewing Company at Mr. Bill’s Wine Cellar!

Mr. Bill’s Wine Cellar hosts a Free Beer Tasting on the last Friday of each month

And this month, Mr. Bill is proud to feature a local brewery!

Friday, May 31 (4-7pm)

Parkway Brewing Company opened in the Winter of 2013 and is quickly growing! Please join us for a very special introduction to Parkway Beers!

About the Head Brewmaster

Originally from North Carolina, Founder, Head Brewer & Visionary Mike Snyder (aka Keno) is the man who brought Parkway Brewing to life. With expert guidance from leaders in the field and an almost sick, single-minded determination, Keno found like-minded beer lovers that shared his passion for craft beer and our amazing region. He soldiered on despite a chorus of naysayers and a hostile business environment. This winter, his dream of bringing mouth-watering, high quality craft beers to our region becomes a reality at Parkway Brewing Company. You can thank him later.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Cheers,

Mr. Bill

Dogfish Positive Contact 2013!

Availability:

Limited

An ale brewed with apple cider and spiced. A positive combination of Fuji cider, slow-roasted farro, a bit of cayenne and fresh cilantro.

This beer part of our Music Series of beers… this one is an amalgamation of hip-hop, beer, cider and a DIY culinary experience! Sam and Dan the Automator of Deltron 3030 teamed up to create Positive Contact, based on Dan’s favorite ingredients and Dogfish Head’s innovative brewing practices.

Named after a key track on the first album, Positive Contact is a 9% ABV hybrid of beer and cider brewed with Fuji apples, roasted farro, a handful of cayenne peppers and a late dose of fresh cilantro. This sweet-and-sour Belgian-ish brew is a light straw color with fruity, cider-like notes. The cayenne and alcohol give it a warming finish.

87pts Beer Advocate

Supplies are limited. Please stop in today!

Cheers,

Mr. Bill

Stone’s Imperial Russian Stout (IRS)

What do you think of when you hear “IRS”?

You should be thinking of Stone’s Imperial Russian Stout!!!

97pts, Beer Advocate (over 4300 ratings!)

Jordan’s Tasting Notes

This monster of a stout pours a dark black and offers aromas of dark malt, rich chocolate, espresso and a touch of dark dried fruit. The dark rich flavors continue through the palate while providing outstanding balance. This is truly a great stout come get one before they’re gone.

Stone’s Tasting Notes

Stone Imperial Russian Stout is so thick, rich and well, sinful, you might worry that you’ll be doomed to the fiery pits just for thinking about a sip. Rest assured, however, that even though this seemingly pernicious brew is indeed as black as sin, we guarantee that no actual sin was committed in making it… you’ll have to add that on your own. This massive and intensely aromatic beer abounds with notes of anise, black currants, coffee, and roastiness, and its heavy palate is nothing to be trifled with!

Three Heads Too Kind Double IPA

Yes, sure Three Heads Brewing Co has a regular IPA… but we know our customers love real BIG beers,

so we skipped ahead and brought in Three Heads’ Too Kind Double IPA!

Three Heads Brewing (aka 3HB) was founded in 2010 of Rochester, New York.

I guess they figured, heck it sure is cold up here- maybe we should brew some beer! And brew some beer they have…

Too Kind DIPA has everything to love from the Kind IPA but jacked up to an out-of-this-world level.

A hop exuberance of pine, citrus and love that plays nice with others.

Check it out today at Mr. Bill’s Wine Cellar!
